Package Terms & Conditions



  • Group bookings have a 3 hour sitting.

  • A minimum spend of $2,000 applies to group bookings.

  • Decorations, flowers, cake tables and extra items such as archways and plinths are at the discretion of management.

  • Available during the restaurant opening hours only; any events outside of these hours will be subject to the relevant minimum spend.

  • There are no private rooms at Haberfield Rowers; you will be allocated a section of the restaurant. Outside bookings are not available for large groups.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by direct deposit or by credit card over the phone. Please advise if you require an invoice.

  • Final numbers and dietaries are due 7 calendar days prior to your event. Any changes made after this time are not guaranteed.

  • You are welcome to drop your numbers from the estimated attendance above up to 7 calendar days prior to your event.

  • Full payment is required 7 calendar days prior to your event. – Cancellation terms. In the event this booking is cancelled:

    • More than 7 calendar days out from the booking. There are no cancellation charges and the deposit may be refunded.
    • Less than 7 calendar days out from the booking. There are no cancellation charges, but the deposit is not refundable.
    • Less than 48 hours out from the booking. 100% of the paid monies will be retained.

  • Should your group booking be affected by Covid and the relevant restrictions at the time of your event, you are welcome to postpone to a later date or hold any paid monies for a future event. For events affected by Covid, the deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel your event.
